Tamiz goes out giving the wedding cards of his sister. He asks his friends to post some of the cards but they do not talk with him friendly. He leaves them with anger.
Tamiz and Charu go to a hotel and there they meet the Doctor who had treated Tamiz and who had earlier visited Charu's house seeking alliance.
Charu speaks some harsh words towards the Doctor and the Doctor realises that she is in love with Tamiz.
Tulasi by chance sees the rowdy who had attacked her husband. She chases him and catches him and while fighting and defending herself she stalls his escape and the police nab him. By his confessions Charu's father Veeraraghavan is arrested.
